I ended up watching this movie the first day of spring break, but I didn't get around to posting this blog, mostly because I was lazy! I remember my dad reading this book to me when I was a kid, but I didn't remember too many details. After watching this movie, I realized what the meaning or moral of the story was. It wasn't just to plant a seed. The real meaning to me was to make a change or difference in the world or community. Ted planted the last real tree seed to keep them from going extinct. This ties in with what we are doing in physics class because we also have to try and make a difference in our community. There are many problems that come up with no solutions. We just need to work hard and figure out what we can do to make the difference.
